We were welcomed by a lecture by Dr. Karol Jachymek “What do we do on TikTok? About spending time on social media:

-> think before you share anything further! most applications thrive on sharing, imitation and repetition. Thanks to this, applications know us very well.
->transparency problem: who creates, filters, spreads content and makes money from it?
->Is AI ecological?
->each of us analyzes data on a daily basis, e.g. deciding what to wear depending on the weather. Do it on social media!

Students also participated in the lectures “What’s new in Scandinavia” and “Spanish differently”. They could immerse themselves in other cultures and languages, at least for a moment.
