Day schedule at the Preschool

The kindergarten is open from Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 17:30.

A detailed schedule for each preschooler is available in the MyOpenFuture parent zone, which was created to support and facilitate ongoing communication between the preschool, children, and their parents.

An exemplary day in the kindergarten

Approximate hours in the Open Future Preschool:

07:30 – 08:15 ➜ gathering and welcoming the children in the kindergarten, integration and playing together, individual work with a child;

08:15 – 08:30 ➜ preparation for breakfast, hygiene steps, and helping with setting the table;

08:15 – 09:00 ➜ breakfast for the children present in the kindergarten;

09:00 – 09:30 ➜ playing and integration in groups, preparation for classes;

09:30 – 10:30 ➜ starting the project classes in English or Polish – the duration of the class is matched to the age group;

10:30 – 10:45 ➜ warm vegetable soup;

10:45 – 11:45 ➜ project classes in English or Polish – the duration of the class is matched to the age group;

11:45 – 13:00 ➜playing and physical games in the open air if the weather is good; walks, playing in the kindergarten playroom (at that time additional activities may take place);

12:30 – 13:15 ➜ second course of the dinner;

13:15 – 15:00 ➜resting time for the youngest, preceded by preparation for sleep and relaxation – washing hands and faces, dressing up (soft music is being played during the resting time and the teachers are reading fairy tales);

13:15 – 14:30 ➜ relaxation time, quiet games, and reading books;

14:00 – 15:00 JollyPhonics classes for older groups, i.e. learning to read and write in English using the synthetic phonetic method;

15:00 – 15:15 ➜ afternoon snack;

14:00 – 17:30 ➜ time for playing and getting ready for going home.

Other information regarding the daily schedule

Important elements of the Open Future Preschool schedule:

additional 3 hours of classes for free – three-hour classes are implemented in all groups:

  • remedial exercises,
  • Spanish classes,
  • rhythmicity.

This classes take place in the free time, during which the project classes are not planned.

  • extracurricular activities – it is possible to enrol a child for paid extracurricular activities, therefore we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the offer.
  • compulsory water bottles – every child should have their own water bottle – they should bring it every day, clean. It is possible to fill the bottle with water or fruit tea.
  • toothbrush and toothpaste – we are taking care of the healthy teeth of our pupils, which is why every child must have his own toothbrush and cup, periodically replaced.

The kindergarten closes at 17:30.
