Today, high school students had lessons in traditional Alicante Central Market.

This really is THE place to go for fresh fruit, meat and fish in Alicante and is the ideal place to soak up the atmosphere of Alicante! The Central Market (or Mercado Central) in Alicante is located on the famous Avenida Alfonso de Sabio – in the heart of Alicante City.

Spain is made up of so many regions, each with its own traditional dishes and cooking techniques, that we feel overwhelmed by the multitude of smells and flavors that characterize passionate Alicante.

Spanish cuisine, delights with an explosion of colors, aromas and Mediterranean flavors. It is a wonderful fusion of cultures and traditions of different ethnic groups, the past and the present, what the sea and the mountains have to offer.
