We had some amazing map activity that was full of interesting discoveries!

We answered the questions: Where do street names come from? What information can we find on the map? What symbols mean different spaces? And… what’s better – a map or navigation?

Children had the opportunity to look for our kindergarten street on the map, and then we checked how close or far from the kindergarten our houses are. Who lives the closest? We checked it together!

Thanks to these activities, we developed spatial orientation, concentration and the ability to read information from the map. At one of the stations, children painted with pastels, practicing creativity, hand precision and perseverance.

Discovering the world of maps together is great fun and a great opportunity to learn new skills!
