Ruby Group and a meeting as part of the “Health for 5+” program!

Today we had a special guest – a physiotherapist from the Spa at the Wieliczka Salt Mine visited us .

We started our classes with an interesting conversation about allergies – what they are, how they manifest themselves and which products can cause them.

Then the children from the Ruby group took part in a memory game, thanks to which they memorized the names of products, and at the same time practiced memory and teamwork.

Finally – something that the children loved the most: relaxing breathing exercises using soap bubbles and feathers.

Thank you for visiting and a large dose of knowledge – health really is a matter for 5+!
