Open Future International School kindergarten and schools are bilingual – this means that two languages of instruction are used: Polish and English. English is used in everyday communication as often as possible. Students are naturally immersed in the English language in line with the immersion method, acquiring it in a way similar to their native language. This approach has a very positive impact on our students’ language development.
In practice, between 50% and 80% of the curriculum content is delivered in English, while the remaining part is taught in Polish. All curriculum content related to the mother tongue – Polish language, as well as Polish geography and history – is taught in Polish, in accordance with the guidelines of the Polish Ministry of Education for international sections.

Teachers ensure that all skills are developed in a balanced way. They support students in understanding grammatical structures and using English practically from the very beginning of primary school.
Additionally, English language learning is enriched by the presence of international students, assistants, and teachers from different parts of the world, as well as by various cultural and language-focused events held throughout the school year.
