Joanna Biddlecombe is responsible for the effective organizational functioning of the school. She works with parents, coordinates student food issues, and supports finance-related activities. She also takes care of the organization of physical education classes and other day-to-day administrative needs.

She graduated in preschool and primary education pedagogy. She has also completed postgraduate studies in pedagogical therapy as well as in educational management and leadership. Currently, she works as a Principal’s Assistant, where she particularly values strong organization and effective collaboration with students, parents, and teachers. Combining her pedagogical background with organizational skills allows her to support both staff and students in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-structured school environment.
Monika makes sure that students receive warm and tasty meals each day, and that the school’s hallways and classrooms are clean and welcoming. She also supports many operational tasks, often working behind the scenes—but always with a smile and great dedication. Monika is someone who keeps the daily rhythm of the school running smoothly and ensures that everyone feels comfortable and cared for here.
Michał makes sure that everything in the Open Future buildings runs smoothly – from electronic equipment and technical infrastructure to event logistics and the team's day-to-day needs. He oversees installations, configures devices, solves minor technical issues, and ensures the smooth flow of operational work. Faced with everyday challenges, he responds to staff needs as they arise and efficiently handles everything that happens behind the scenes.
At the secretary's office, he is the first contact person for parents and students. Among other things, he is in charge of issuing and receiving approvals for trips, registering for competitions and preparing school ID cards. He strives to ensure that everyone who visits the secretary's office receives the information and support they need in a relaxed atmosphere.
She completed her bachelor's degree in Administration at the Jagiellonian University and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Human Resource Management at the same university. As coordinator of administration and extra-curricular activities, she ensures that all processes run smoothly, organizing the schedule and liaising with clients and instructors. She is committed to good communication and efficient work organization.
Hanna plays a key role in the daily functioning of the preschool, providing efficient operational support. With responsibility and dedication, she ensures the smooth organization of the preschool environment and assists with various technical tasks, offering comfort and convenience to both students and staff. Her work contributes to the seamless running of the preschool and helps maintain a friendly atmosphere for the entire school community.
Aneta Galas holds an important role in the everyday life of the school. Thanks to her dedication, children receive not only warm meals but also care and a sense of security. She is a valued member of the team, contributing to a friendly atmosphere in the school every day, as well as supporting operational and technical matters.
Wiktoria holds the position of Admission & PR Manager, overseeing the student recruitment process and the school’s branding and communications. She supports parents and students at every stage of the admissions process, conducts informational meetings, coordinates the creation of promotional materials, and manages the school’s social media channels. Additionally, she actively participates in organizing school trips, ensuring that each trip is well-prepared, safe, and offers enriching and inspiring experiences. In her work, she demonstrates responsibility, dedication, and a high level of professionalism, always striving to achieve the best possible results.
Working with people brings her great satisfaction and serves as a source of continuous professional growth. She graduated in International Relations from the Cracow University of Economics, which provides her with a broad perspective and strong skills in effective communication within diverse environments.
As Administration Director, Barbara makes sure everything runs smoothly at the school - from finances to infrastructure. She oversees the administration, keeps an eye on the budget and collaborates with institutions. This allows the school to focus on teaching and not just on formalities.
