Students at Open Future High School choose one of the three educational pathways offered in their first year, based on their interests. They continue along this pathway until they graduate, developing their skills and knowledge in their chosen field.

Are you interested in space and rocket launches? Do you enjoy playing Kerbal Space Program? Do you eagerly follow the latest news about the progress of the Artemis program? Is programming fun for you?

If physics and mathematics do not pose too much of a challenge for you, and you understand the power hidden in the formula E=mc², join this pathway! Together, we will explore not only the theory, but also build some cool machines, vehicles, and rockets. We will learn the basics of electronics and programming, while mathematics will help us plan flight trajectories.

The space industry, currently being built from the ground up, offers opportunities for fascinating challenges and discoveries. Why not start preparing to explore the space beyond Earth’s atmosphere as early as your first year of high school?

Poland is becoming a serious player in this field, but who knows—perhaps your path will eventually lead you to NASA or SpaceX? From the very beginning, we will work in both languages—Polish and English—so you will master both to a high level. After your second year, you will choose between the Polish Matura and the International Baccalaureate, making it much easier to decide which path to take next.

This pathway offers:

– IT / Computer Science: 2 hours per week
– expert labs – workshops focused on the practical application of technology: electronics, soldering, 3D printing, and programming

Are you curious about how the human body works and how modern science helps diagnose and treat diseases? Or perhaps you are fascinated by genetics, biotechnology, and discoveries that can genuinely improve people’s quality of life?

The Health & Science pathway was created for students who want to combine a solid foundation in biology, chemistry, and mathematics with hands-on exploration of science and medicine. During classes, we will conduct experiments, analyze research findings, explore modern laboratory technologies, and develop critical thinking skills. This pathway is for ambitious, curious students who are ready to ask important questions.

Modern medicine is developing at an extraordinary pace. Artificial intelligence supports diagnostics, biomedical engineering is creating innovative medical devices, and biotechnology is paving the way for therapies that until recently seemed impossible. Already in high school, you can begin preparing for medical and life sciences degrees, as well as careers in the professions of the future.

At Open Future in Kraków, from your very first year, you will learn in both Polish and English, developing the skills needed to attend leading universities in Poland and abroad. After your second year, you will choose between the Polish Matura and the International Baccalaureate, allowing you to tailor your education to your plans and confidently embark on a career in the world of science and healthcare.

What makes some people able to inspire and persuade, while others go unnoticed? Why do social media have such a powerful influence on our emotions, decisions, and relationships? Are you interested in psychology, communication, and how people function in the digital world?

The Psychology & New Media pathway combines knowledge of human behavior with hands-on exploration of contemporary media. During classes, we will analyze the mechanisms behind emotions, motivation, and decision-making, while also learning how to create responsible and effective messages. You will explore the fundamentals of psychology, marketing, storytelling, user experience (UX) design, and critical analysis of information.

This pathway provides excellent preparation for university studies in Poland as well as abroad. Graduates can pursue careers in psychology, social communication, digital media, advertising, UX research, marketing, education, and many other fields where understanding people and communicating effectively are essential.

At Open Future, you will learn in an environment that encourages asking questions, independent thinking, and developing your own projects. Through intensive work in English and the opportunity to choose between the Polish Matura and the International Baccalaureate after your second year, you will have the flexibility to apply to prestigious universities in Poland and around the world.

Each pathway includes Academic Writing and Public Speaking, one hour per week each, to help you develop academic research skills and leadership competencies.
