Students from the Green Flow school eco-club took part in the nationwide “Traditional Orchard” project organized by the Fundacja BOŚ.

It was a unique opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical action and to learn step by step how to plan and establish a school orchard.

During the project, students:

learned the principles of establishing and maintaining an orchard,

participated in a meeting with an expert – a representative of the Zespół Parków Krajobrazowych Małopolski,

designed their own orchard, taking into account environmental conditions and the needs of the school space, and prepared a detailed project budget.

This experience helped students develop research and planning skills, as well as a sense of responsibility for the natural environment – showing that real change begins with knowledge, cooperation, and action.

We are waiting for the results. If we win, we will carry out the project – perhaps as early as this spring we will plant our school orchard.
