Work at Open Future means:

  • full-time employment contract (8 hours a day between 7:30 and 17:30, 5 days a week) with full insurance and rights under the Labor Code
  • working in a young, energetic and inspiring team
  • the possibility of creative work with children using the design method
  • support of experienced educators from around the world, regular training raising teacher’s competences
  • the opportunity to discover and work in the International Primary Years Program of the International Baccalaureate Organization, in which pupils will continue their education at the Open Future school

Our expectations for candidates are:

  • fluent and error-free use of English – in the presence of children, an English-speaking teacher speaks only English, conducts all classes and all conversations in this language
  • willingness to constantly improve their competences – we provide training in IBO methodology in an international group conducted by experienced educators and trainers from around the world
  • the ability to challenge children to the best of their abilities, ask questions and encourage the independent discovery of the world – the methodology at Open Future places special emphasis on learning to seek answers to questions and draw conclusions independently
  • commitment and strong internal motivation – work experience as a teacher is not the most important, because the methodology of working in Open Future is very different from traditional teaching
