A graduate with a Master’s degree in early childhood education with early English language teaching from the University of Warsaw, as well as a postgraduate diploma in educational therapy from the Academy of Special Education in Warsaw. Since 2014, she has been involved with the IB PYP programme, first as a teacher and later also as a coordinator. She finds the greatest joy in creative collaboration with teachers and in following children’s natural curiosity. In her work, she is guided by the belief that cooperation between students, teachers, and parents—along with nurturing positive relationships—is the foundation for creating a learning-friendly environment and supporting the development of all members of the community.
